Ordered an Apple Watch 7 and paid for a “excellent” grade. When I received the watch it looked more like a “good” grade rather than “excellent”. There were some scratches on the side of the screen and the watch bands did not fit properly as they were damaged. I contacted the company and sent some photos of the damage. I must say that they were absolutely amazing sorting the problem. I was sent a new set of bands and 10% refund so I ended up paying for the right grade for the watch conditions. I was also offered a full refund if I returned the watch. So far all works great. I received a small gesture from grade mobile however the review could be positive or negative. My order number was 293283.I’m 71 and live alone. My children heard of a relative who had fallen and was not discovered until the next day. They suggested I get an Apple Watch. I ordered on Amazon and received it the next day! I went for refurbished rating ´good’ and I honestly can’t see any marks etc on the watch.I am delighted and it’s exceeded my expectations. You get watch, watch strap and charger in the box. I used YouTube to see how to connect the straps - it was simple btw. Charging takes a while but once past 50% software update can be done. Linking my Apple phone was easy too.Grade Mobile were a great choice.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
