He responded accordingly and there was a parcel under the tree on Christmas morning. A delivery slip suggested the phone was refurbished (excellent) condition. I disagree, it LOOKS, FEELS and operates like a NEW PHONE. I am really impressed, as I also received a 12month guarantee for both the hardware and software. THANK YOU Mr Christmas & Grade Mobile. It gets better, I’ve just read the small print and will be receiving £5 for writing this review. One happy customer 10/10

From start to finish I found the process very easy. I was provided with an estimated valuation based on answering a few questions and agreed to the process; all of which was explained on the website. I was them provided with a reference number and access to a portal which enabled me to track the process at all times. Packaging and a tracked label were provided to help. The was also excellent communication from the Grade Mobile team throughout the process. My final valuation was provided once Grade mobile had checked over the phone which although slightly below the estimated value was still better than a number of other companies offered. Once I was happy with the valuation and accepted the valuation payment was received within 2 hrs! Very pleased with the whole process and the manner in which it progressed.
