From start to finish I found the process very easy. I was provided with an estimated valuation based on answering a few questions and agreed to the process; all of which was explained on the website. I was them provided with a reference number and access to a portal which enabled me to track the process at all times. Packaging and a tracked label were provided to help. The was also excellent communication from the Grade Mobile team throughout the process. My final valuation was provided once Grade mobile had checked over the phone which although slightly below the estimated value was still better than a number of other companies offered. Once I was happy with the valuation and accepted the valuation payment was received within 2 hrs! Very pleased with the whole process and the manner in which it progressed. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
